scan for daily appointment activity in a full monthly view.

The appointment calendar has been synchronized with the appointment book
to show the exact daily appointment information and days closed.
Many owners return to this page so they can quickly load the appointment
book at a specific date. Each blue number will open the appointment book at that date.
