The upper left mini calendar displays the current month. Click any date to move the appointment book to that date. Your banner appears at the top of the appointment book. It must be 360 x 60 pixels and it is linked to your web site. The upper right mini calendar displays the following month. Click any date to move the appointment book to that date. The appointment book will always open at the current date. The date display will change as the user moves to different dates. The tabs shown here are how they will appear to an owner.

For a client the Control Center and Logout links are replaced with a link to your web site and a link to their personal appointment center.
This section includes a link to your appointment calendar and a 15 minute auto refresh countdown.

The column count is for business owners who have more than 8 columns. Clicking the tab Show (more) Columns displays the next set of eight columns.

This appointment book will accommodate unlimited columns.
These icons provide quick links to your PAC, to the main help page and to your appointment calendar. This portion of the navigation bar moves the appointment book forward and backward one day at a time.

The drop down section provides the ability to jump to any date.
Columns can be named to a person or service and duplicate titles are permitted. This page uses UTF-8 character encoding which allows multiple languages.

Columns hidden from client view have green highlighting and are only seen by the owner and their assigned managers. The interface will display up to 8 columns per page view and you can have any number of columns.
The weekly hours of operation are set individually by each owner and can include one lunch break at any point throughout the day. The hours of operation can be overridden for any day of the year.

Time segments can be 15, 20, 30 or 60 minute intervals. We recommend 15 or 20 minute intervals.
The system automatically inserts two red dots, every 15 minutes or when the page is manually refreshed, to indicate that time slot has passed.

All times are shown in the time zone where the business is located and all of the necessary time calculations have been taken into account.
If you allow client booking then clients who view your appointment book will only see open time slots or the word booked. As the owner only you and your assigned managers can view client names.

When you hover on the name a tool tip similar to this one will display the client's phone number and the type of appointment.

You can click the name to edit the appointment notes, contact the client or cancel the appointment.
You and your clients click an open time slot as the first in a two step process. This first click sets the arrival time, the date and the service person.

The following step is where you and your clients select a service and complete the process.

Note that the appointment duration of each service is set individually by the owner. Clients have no control of time other than their individual arrival time.
